cosplay:
I started watching this anime, and only a few episodes in, I knew I had to make this cosplay. Mikasa is a strong, female character that I love (and wish I was as kick-ass as her) so I had to get on it. The clothes are store-bought and altered but the harnesses/belts I made myself. The 3D-gear was also all made from a combination of foam board, craft foam, metal, and plastic acrylic. - How long did it take to complete?
2-3 weeks - What's your next cosplay project?
Not sure yet. I really want to make Umi Ryuuzaki from Magic Knight Rayearth (yay old school anime) - What was the hardest part when constructing it?
Figuring out how to attach all the gear to myself and still being able to move... - What do you love most about this cosplay?
I'm really proud of myself because its the most challenging prop I've made so far.
