By all intents and purposes... this guy's costumes are horrid... ugly... and not well put together. But when you get to the core of it, he's done some pretty genius stuff with what he finds around the home. While others may go to great lengths to recreate a fictional character, the dude over at Low Cost Cosplay looks like he's just having a blast... and it's pretty freaking genius if you ask me.
