via the official Overwatch website, we get a mock interview of a character in the Overwatch world. With the looming reveal of a new hero coming, and Jeff Kaplan revealing that 24 "isn't who we think" (i.e. Doomfist)... perhaps Efi will be the next hero?
Based on the post, it looks like she's a robotics expert and hails from Numbani. My best guess is she will help to further flesh out the support class and bring us either another healer or a Symmetra like support that specializes in defending the team.
