Father Makes Cardboard Star Destroyer for His Son

Cardboard, cereal boxes, packing tube, duct tape, masking tape, and a lot of carpenter glue. These are the ingredients to this massive light weight Super Star Destroyer model.  Easier said than done right?

After 3 days, a father completed this 3' model which was inspired by his Star Wars fan loving son. White spray paint finalized the look and damn I have to say it's pretty awesome.  You can also see how lightweight this model ended up, which was his intention from his use of cardboard materials.  His son looks like one happy kid!

He enjoys making many different models similar to this, and you can view more of his work here.
