It's no secret that I (it's your friendly neighborhood Justin Prince btw) love my Apple products. It's not some cult like devotion to the church of Jobs, nor is it about the purported Seattle Hipster appeal of Apple Products. I like them, it's what I am used to. The very first computer I ever owned was a good old black and white Macintosh.
Anyway, why the quick bit post today? Because Apple stores continue to have top notch customer service. My brother worked at the Apple Store for a few years and I am pretty certain that my level of customer service isn't dictated solely by my last name.
Anyway, today I went to the Apple Store to have one of my devices replaced. My iPhone had been acting up... issues with the wifi and the sleep/wake button would be a bit wonky. SO what do they do? Replace my phone... gotta say... I love you Apple Stores.
