I love BoldLoft and their cheesy couples mushy mashy gifts! They have couples themed cups, shot glasses, t-shirts, pillowcases, and many others. I was browsing their couple's pillow cases and noticed they've added geek themed designs.
Allow me to explain the headline of this post. So no, the real Henry VII did not write a long ass letter to Obama; it was in fact Jonathan Rhys Meyers, actor who played Henry VII in HBO's The Tudors. He is a huge fan of Game of Thrones and had written Obama a novel to consider Lady Catelyn Stark for Secretary of State. And yes, he means Lady Stark, as in Lady Stark from the fictional Game of Thrones story.

As some of you may know, Lifted Geek will be attending the Emerald City Comic Con on March 1-3. One of my biggest (expensive) adventures when I attend conventions is hunting down (and buying) exclusives. This year, ECCC has announced its limited edition Funko Pop! Figurine, the Green Phoenix variant.
